Nearly 60 million Americans report having some sort of disability, 80% of whom are having a difficult time finding full-time employment by themselves. Through the Ticket to Work program, we're able to offer free education, transportation, and employment support services to this massive untapped workforce, helping individuals who are receiving SSI and SSDI benefits find meaningful ways to support themselves.
Founded in 2010, EmployReward Solutions partners with the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program to make that happen. ERS’s Career Coaches work with Ticket Holders to help them find employment while protecting their benefits. Ticket Holders are provided career counseling and skills testing, as well as many other support services to find the best job for them. Ticket to Work helps protect disability benefits, like Medicaid, while an individual is enrolled in the program. The program also offers other incentives to work depending on the benefit received by the person enrolled in the program.
ERS is also actively seeking to partner with companies looking to increase their workplace diversity, strengthen their turnover rates, and receive Work Opportunity Tax Credit incentives by hiring our pre-screened Ticket Holders for their open staff positions. These relationships can offer many other benefits to your company, as well as coach your staff in developing an inclusive atmosphere and what "accommodations" actually means in terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
